Important Vs. Urgent
Lifestyle

My sweet hubby sent me this article earlier this week and I just loved it so much. As a mom it is nice to read things like this and be reminded of what is important on how I spend my time. I also thought this is fabulous for the other spouses to share with your husbands. I told my husband I will remind him of this when he is making a tough decision between work and one of the kids events.

Thank you soooooooo much for sharing this with all of us. Sam and I talk about this a lot. It is so true. I only hope I will look back and smile at all of the time I decided to spend with my family.

Thank you for sharing this. We are a new, young military family and my husband hopes to make it a career. May we always treasure our family time especially since they do not always come so easily.

I loved this. As a military wife, I’m aware of all the times that the “job” has to become before family. But this is such a wonderful reminder that the job can wait…our kids won’t be kids for long. Thanks for sharing this! Off to pass it around the Twitter world…

It’s a pity that it doesn’t matter how many times guys are told this–they might know it in their heads, but it often takes until THEY’RE retired to know it in their hearts and realize they could have applied it much more.

his words are so true and I am so glad your hubby shared this with you and you with us. I have made a link of it on my FB page and I’m emailing it to my hubby. Our baby is still young and I definitely appreciate learning these lessons before it’s too late and I have many regrets.
