I Learned 2-3-11

I learned that I have really missed being home and in the States. As many of you know who read my 365 section we completed a 57 hour trip from Japan to the States this past week. It was the best feeling when we got off of our 5th flight and see my parents waiting. I’ve really enjoyed all the shopping and restaurants but one of my favorite things I have done so far was to go to Barnes and Noble by myself for 2 hours and read photography books. I was in Heaven!

Now it’s your turn. What did you learn this week?? You know the old saying “You learn something new everyday!” Take pictures of it and share with us!! Some weeks you may learn a photography skill and want critiques. GREAT!! Share and ask for them! If you didn’t learn a new photography skill but something about yourself or life, that is great too! Post a picture and tell us what you learned. Can’t wait to see your pictures and find out what you learned!!

As always
1. Post one photo and tell us what you learned.
2. Link your permalink, not your blog address, check out the I Learned Tab if you need help with this.
3. Attach our button to your post
4. Ask for critiques if you want them and post your settings
5. Leave a comment on 5 other posts
6. Open Thursday 8am – Saturday midnight (Japan time) or Wednesday 6pm – Friday 10am (EST)

Oh my goodness, I LOVE this photo!! It makes me a little sad, wanting our families to meet their granddaughter! I just love the expression on your parents faces though. Most people wouldn’t have been able to capture this moment forever. Just more proof to ALWAYS carry your camera! :)

I am seriously impressed that you remembered to have your camera out at this key moment. I can’t wait until Eva is excited to see her grandparents, instead of being like “Who are you again?”
